We sell about 30 kinds of pickles carefully handmade at the feet of Izumo Taisha using domestic vegetables, mainly from Izumo and Shimane prefectures.
You will surely find your favorite dishes such as fresh asazuke that makes use of the flavor of the ingredients, or special kasuzuke.
There is also a sampling sale of pickles.
